A cute craft for you to enjoy with your little ones! A handprint elephant!
For this craft you will need:
paint (we chose grey)
some paper or card (we chose plain white)
black felt tip pen
Method:
1) We got our piece of paper and the paint ready and rolled up our sleeves – we decided to add some glitter to our paint for an extra special touch
2) We covered our chosen hand with paint – we painted our hands using a brush to try and get an even covering
3) We placed our painted hand on our paper, making a hand print, and then carefully removed our hand
4) Wash hands!! And wait for paint to dry – maybe a glass of milk and a cookie to pass the time?
5) Once the paint is dry, turn your handprint so that the fingers are at the bottom, and you can use the felt tip pen to add in some detail.
We drew around the body, outlined the ear, added an eye, some toenails, and a couple of wrinkles on the trunk!
